We’re on the hunt for a Junior Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager who has a tenacious drive to bring purpose led brands to life before shoppers eyes in the UK & Ireland. They’re able to deliver visibility online and offline with some creative flair too.

What will be in your bowl? 🥗
Shopper & Trade Marketing
- Support our Sales Team in delivering our account plans. Ensure we stand out in every account, and deliver a seamless shopper journey - interrupting our shoppers with the right message at the right time.
- In turn, build strong relationships with the marketing functions within our retail & e-commerce accounts to ensure that we are co-creating disruptive activation plans, becoming the brand of choice building the naturals category in their stores.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our activity, and work develop new initiatives to take the impact of our shopper engagement to the next level.
- Support our Sales Team in the field, in delivering brilliant visibility through tailored POS, and building brand love and creating ambassadors within our independent retailers.
- Manage our UK POS suite, getting the right tools to where they need to be at the right time.
- Work as part of the UK Marketing Pack to ensure everyone’s efforts are delivered seamlessly, where relevant, linking the shopper journey online and in social, to activations in store.
- Support the Marketing Pack Lead and Sales Pack Lead in developing and implement, industry leading 4P plans to drive sales growth, through leveraging data and shopper insights.
Budgets & Reporting
- Manage the agreed shopper activation budget, and track spend throughout the year.
- Update and review our EPOS on key accounts to help inform our wider plans across the team.
- Report on the performance of our shopper activity, and become an expert in building and justifying businesses cases outlining where our spend is best placed.

You will be the eyes and ears of our shoppers, sharing back insights with the UK team and beyond to shape our plans. Regularly updating the right paws in the pack and becoming known for being the UK shopper expert will be top of mind.
But life is full of surprises - there will be lots of commercial, creative & fun stuff to do. As tight pack, everyone gets their teeth into to a lot of things and pulls together to keep us moving! You could be helping at events, coming up with ways to influence our most important buyers, and so much more! No two days are the same.
What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹
- Ideally 2 – 3 years trade/activation/shopper experience within a UK FMCG marketing team, working across more than one shopper channel.
- Familiarity with todays online and offline shopper marketing landscape and tools.
- A true team player, with determination and drive and a hands-on approach from Day 1.
- You’re constantly curious, always looking for entrepreneurial solutions.
- You’re confident adapting to changing situations in a fast-growing business.
- You’re a strong communicator, comfortable taking internal and external stakeholders on the journey.
- You’re an organized, project management mastermind and enjoy solving challenges on the fly.
- The ability to develop long lasting relationships and partnerships.
- Experience working with agencies where needed would also be a neat trick.
- Hold a degree level or equivalent qualification + a high level of MS Office proficiency.
- Experience working with data is a real bonus and experience in Pet or another specialist category wouldn’t hurt either!
- An ethical approach in all you do - you align with our values. Oh and you love pets, of course!
