In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 6 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕

Wait, what? Hold on. You mean, you’re going to pay me to just make TikToks?

YES! That’s right. We think it’s the best job role we have ever hired for. We want someone to work for us to create incredible, hilarious, joyful TikToks that feature cats and dogs. No, this is not a dream. 💤

Do you find yourself scrolling endlessly on social media? Have you created smash hits on your own TikTok account already? Have you grown an account to baaaaaaare followers? 🤩 If so, then you could be the TikTok Terrier we are looking for 🐶

We are looking for someone who is a creative at heart. You live and breath TikTok content. Creative ideas just come naturally to you. Hell, you don’t even try and they just appear. 💭 We want somebody with a proven track record in creating smash-hit TikTok content to grow our account following and catapult Edgard & Cooper into being the most fun, joyful pet food brand on the platform. We want to be THE account everyone uses as a case study to show how TikTok content should be created.

What will be in your bowl? 🥗

• Work with our marketing team to identify our creative strategy for TikTok.
• Create edit and publish TikToks at high volume.
• Work within a team of other content creators, designers, & performance marketeers to help grow our organic TikTok following.
• Grow our TikTok account following through beautiful, educational, joyful content.
• Share key learnings within the organisation.

What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹

• A proven track-record of creating winning TikTok content: either through growing your own personal account following or creating TikToks for clients, getting 000’s of views.
• You can present a portfolio that shows your ability to create amazing video stories.
• Creative wizard - you are never short of great ideas.
• A curious person, with a fond interest of pets & sustainability. Someone with a growth mindset.
