In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 8 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕
You will be a hands-on creative leader who excels at execution. We need a do-er who can work with our existing brand guidelines and push our creative assets to the next level. You’ll ensure our visual and messaging strategy is seamlessly integrated across social media, influencer marketing, online platforms, and physical retail spaces.
What will be in your bowl?🥗
- Inspire and lead a team of highly imaginative designers, writers, and other creatives in our creative hub. Nurture a vibrant culture of innovation and imagination that permeates throughout our entire organization.
- Safeguard the essence of our brand through meticulous adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure that every (!) creative output effectively communicates our key messages. Oversee the creation of captivating marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Elevate our social media and influencer content to drive engagement and reach with fresh, compelling visuals and campaigns.
- Optimise online creative assets (e.g., Amazon, D2C) to enhance product visibility and customer experience.
- Lead the creation and execution of in-store POS materials, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
What skills & tricks should you bring?🤹
- We’re a petcare business so we need to know you understand our category - the good and the bad, how to disrupt it, who shops it, and why they’d switch to us.
- Seasoned for 8+ years in art direction, knowing how copy and strategy works. You have led a creative team in the past. In-house experience is considered a plus.
- Commercially oriented: You don’t only want to grab attention and be recognised by the industry, but also the business to thrive and to make actually real impact.
- A proven bias for FMCG/CPG brands, and be an awarded multidisciplinary creative. By multidisciplinary we mean physical retail, Amazon, DtoC, as well as experience across the modern integrated marketing mix, from TV to TikTok to OOH.
- We don't expect you to be a marketing scientist, planner or UX ninja but we do expect you to effectively collaborate with those disciplines in order to next-level our brand and marketing output
- Multi-territory experience to match our current footprint and our huge ambitions.
