As the Creative Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our new in-house creative studio, ensuring that all creative projects are executed seamlessly from concept to completion. You will play a critical role in establishing and optimising workflows, managing resources, and driving collaboration across teams to deliver top-notch creative work that aligns with our brandโs vision and goals. Your leadership will ensure our creative output is both efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of Edgard & Cooper.
What is in your bowl? ๐ฅ
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and develop the creative operations team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the studio.
- Process Optimization: Establish, refine, and implement operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across all creative projects.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, balancing workloads, and ensuring that the creative team is equipped with the tools, talent, and time they need to succeed.
- Creative Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process of creative projects, from brief to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align creative output with business objectives and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Budget & Reporting: Manage the creative budget, track spending, and provide regular reports on project performance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency to senior leadership.
What skills & tricks should you bring? ๐คน
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or studio management, ideally within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, with a track record of fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Operational Excellence: Strong background in process development, resource management, and workflow optimization in a creative setting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and an understanding of the latest creative production processes and technologies.
- Passion for the Brand: A deep alignment with Edgard & Cooperโs mission and a genuine interest in pets, sustainability, and creative excellence.
