In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 9 years later, our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕

Are you someone who bridges business needs and technology? Do you thrive on supporting users, optimizing processes, and delivering effective SAP solutions? Can you navigate SAP environments effortlessly while collaborating with stakeholders? Then you might be the SAP Functional Operations Expert we’re looking for!

What will be in your bowl? 🥗

You’ll become a vital part of our Data & Technology pack, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our SAP systems align with our day-to-day operational processes.

• You will be the go-to colleague for (O2C & P2P) SAP-related issues, providing hands-on support and guidance to key users.
• You will ensure that business processes are seamlessly integrated into our SAP ERP solution.
• You will collaborate closely with functional teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and help implement effective solutions.
• You will manage and maintain the SAP landscape to ensure it is structured, stable, and scalable for operational needs.
• You will identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, suggesting and implementing solutions for continuous process improvement.
• You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to evaluate and implement system enhancements that meet operational needs.

What skills & tricks should you bring? 🤹

• 3 - 5 years of relevant SAP experience, preferably in operational roles (SAP certifications are a plus).
• Finance experience in SAP is a plus.
• A proven track record in S/4HANA – experience in S/4Hana Public cloud or S/4Hana on prem is a plus
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• A solid understanding of SAP operations, including SAP O2C (order to cash) & P2P (procure to pay), and operational process optimization
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for operational details
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
• A team player who communicates clearly and enjoys working collaboratively
• Experience with process improvement and project management in an SAP environment
• Fluent in English
