EU Brand Manager
Portfolio - Dry food & treats
Belgium, Kortrijk
Our mission 🚀
In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

📓About the Role
Our pack is growing, innovation is buzzing, and our furry fans are hungry for more. We’re looking for two European Brand Managers to manage our Dry Food & Treats portfolio — one focused on Cats and one on Dogs.
Team Dog or Team Cat? Choose wisely, your portfolio (and our furry fans) depend on it.
In this role, you’ll own a core part of our European portfolio and help shape the future of our brand. From spotting growth opportunities in our existing range to building exciting new products from scratch, you’ll be there from first idea to launch day (and beyond).
You’ll work closely with teams across Europe and act as the driving force behind innovation projects, making sure everything we launch is both meaningful for pet parents and commercially strong. Depending on the role, you’ll report to the EU Brand Category Manager Cat or Dog.
🍵What is in your bowl?
A big scoop of ownership, creativity, and strategic impact. You’ll get to:
Manage A–Z innovation projects, from early ideation to post-launch performance tracking.
Turn consumer insights and category trends into exciting product concepts that pet parents will love.
Act as the “project CEO”, aligning Product, CMI, Sales, Supply, and Finance around timelines, priorities, and commercial success.
Partner closely with Product Managers and our in-house creative team, writing clear, inspiring briefs for packaging and brand assets.
Manage innovation project budgets and ensure smart, effective spending.
Own and optimise your portfolio by running regular SKU reviews and recommending rationalisation where needed.
Build strong business cases for new product initiatives and confidently present them to senior stakeholders.
Keep a close eye on competitors and identify white-space opportunities across the European market.
🤹 What skills and tricks should you bring?
5 years’ experience in brand, innovation, ideally within FMCG.
Strong project management skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Strong analytical mindset, turning data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) into clear insights and actions.
Collaborative, hands-on attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.
Confident presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a big plus.
