In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 10 years later, our pack has over 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for? 🐕

We’re hiring a London-based video content creator who’s fluent in filming, editing, and social and unfazed by coworkers with tails 🐶🐱

At The Disobedient (Edgard & Cooper’s creative studio), you’ll help tell the world what over a million pets already know: we make seriously good pet food.

You’re already creating thumb-stopping content, whether for brands or fun. You shoot, edit, and ideate—solo or collaboratively—and live across IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok.

Join us and you’ll do some of the best work of your career, while helping build a truly iconic brand.

What is in your bowl?🥗

With a scoop of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration, you’ll get to:

• Team up with writers, designers, and marketers to make Edgard & Cooper even more famous(er)

• Concept, shoot, and edit videos. Whether beautifully on-brand or joyfully ridiculous and shareable

• Bring your own ideas to the table and push them further with the team

• Stay a little dissatisfied (in a good way), always aiming to improve and learn

Our mantra: “The worst thing you can do is everything we ask.”

What skills and tricks should you bring? 🐕

It would probably be helpful to check a few of these boxes:

• You’ve done this before. Ideally in advertising or social media.

• You have a portfolio that proves you can craft compelling video stories. Stories that are strong in concepting, filming, editing, and motion design.

• You have pro-esque level skills with a camera, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects (with a bonus if you know basic motion graphics or animation). It’d be nice to be decent at lighting and sound too.

• You’re kind of funny (always is preferred; sometimes is also acceptable).

Considering the breadth of ways we’re bringing Edgard & Cooper to life, odds are good that any talent or passion you have could find a home here as well – so feel free to tell us what you love doing when you’re not video–ing.
