Are you that kind of person that is always willing to help? You can combine a touch of a sales with your love for customer care and eagerness to learn more about nutrition? Then you might be the B2C Customer Happiness Hero we’re looking for! A candidate with strong empathy and understanding of customers needs.
What will be in your bowl?🥗
The Customer Happiness team is our first point of contact with many consumers and has a strong impact on how the brand is experienced. You work to ensure that we "Make their day, everyday" and you always "Make your pet proud (and your mum too)” through all of your actions. You are creative & inquisitive in your love for the consumer, and you are always ready to learn something new.
- You will be the person our customers can reach out to in case they have any questions, they need nutritional advice or support (email, social media, live chat, phone).
- You will be the voice of the brand towards the consumer
- You will manage and support the order and delivery process (Shopify, SAP).
- You will pass on customer insights and feedback to other teams, in order to adjust our strategy and grow the company.
- You be working closely with different departments inside our organization; Logistics, Warehouse, Digital, etc. to increase efficiency within the company.
What skills & tricks should you bring?🤹
- You have a first experience in a B2C customer service role (min. 1 year), confirming you have a very strong sense of empathy and customer care while understanding business needs.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You work well in a team and thrive towards common goals, you are a real team player and have the ability to communicate your knowledge clearly and understandably to colleagues.
- You know how to prioritize your work and take initiative where necessary. You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner. You have a can-do, proactive attitude and you are keen to learn and grow.
- You have a natural inclination towards nutrition, ideally possessing a background or willingness to learn.
- You have a notion of how logistics processes work in the fast moving goods sector and experience working with ERP systems.
- And last but not least, you consider yourself to be a HUGE pet lover 🐾
