We are looking for a Trade & Shopper Marketing Assistant for 6 months starting in March 2026.

We are looking for a Trade & Shopper Marketing Assistant for 6 months starting in March 2026 to support our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic and creative environment where you will have the autonomy to manage a variety of projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

CATEGORY & SHOPPER EXPERTISE

• You analyze category and brand performance using our internal data (PowerBI). (No need to know the tool beforehand)

• You have a strong ability to formulate impactful recommendations based on data insights.

• You contribute to the preparation of client meetings in collaboration with the Trade & Shopper Marketing and Sales teams.

IN-STORE COMMUNICATION

• You independently manage the development of sales support tools (sales presentations, sales arguments, POS materials, etc.).

• You contribute to the continuous improvement of our in-store presence and ensure the brand stands out at retail.

• You manage projects linked to key marketing moments and can oversee an in-store activation project from implementation to analysis and reporting.

• You work with various suppliers and agencies and coordinate shipments to the sales force.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You support international teams and B2B clients with ad hoc requests and work closely with the Sales teams.

• You update product data to ensure negotiated assortments are properly implemented in stores.

• You may occasionally support the Trade & Shopper Marketing team on strategic thinking and longer-term projects.

🤹 Skills & Profile

• Must-have: You are still enrolled to a University or Business School with which we can sign an agreement.

• Having other marketing-related experiences is a real plus!

• You are eager to learn and take initiative.

• You are comfortable with numbers and recognized for your analytical skills.

• You have strong organizational skills and are rigorous in your work.

• You are autonomous and flexible — things move fast at Edgard & Cooper, so you must be resourceful and creative.

• You have strong interpersonal skills.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.

• And you love pets, of course!

• A second and final 45-minute interview with the Head of Marketing Spain.
